AKIRA OYAMA received D. Eng. degree in aerospace engineering from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan in 2000. He worked for NASA Glenn Research Center as an NRC Research Associate under supervision of Dr. Meng-Sing Liou from 2000 to 2003. He joined Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency in 2003, where he is currently associate professor. He has published 55 reviewed journal articles, 196 international conference papers. He has received many awards that include Fluids Engineering Frontier Certificate of Merit, Computational Mechanics Achievement Award, and JSME design and system division Achievement Award. He is also a specially-appointed member of Science Council of Japan.
Juntao Fei is now a professor at the College of IoT Engineering, Hohai University , Director of Institute of Electrical and Control Engineering He received his B.S. degree from the Hefei University of Technology, M.S. degree from University of Science and Technology of China, M.S and Ph.D. degree from the University of Akron, USA. He was a visiting scholar at University of Virginia, USA from 2002 to 2003, North Carolina State University, USA from 2003 to 2004 respectively. He served as an assistant professor at the University of Louisiana, USA from 2007 to 2009.
He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has actively served in the editorial board of a number of international journals as an associate editor, including Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control, IEEE Access, etc.
Ir. DR. Hj.Ramli bin Hj. Nazir is a Professor in Geotechnical Engineering at Geotechnical and Transportation Department, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia since 1989. Holds a B. Civil Eng.in 1983 from UTM and PhD from the University of Liverpool in 1994 and specialized in Geotechnical Engineering. He has more than 30 years' experience in the field of Geotechnical Engineering, specifically in Foundations, Ground Improvement and Geotechnical Forensics Engineering. He has published more than 100 technical papers and Journals related to his field of expertise. In addition as a Lecturer in Geotechnical Engineering, he is also a Professional Engineer who have numerous experience as a Design Engineer, Design Checker and Geotechnical Technical Advisor to various government and private agencies.
